Introduction
My name is Stefano and I offer Reflexology treatment in Sesto San Giovanni; I have a treatment room so if you're in Italy for business, for study or just for holidays, you can enjoy your treatment in Italy too.
I'm a FIRP student (Italian Federation of Reflexology) at my last yaer.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy which works to rebalance and harmonise the body. The systems of the body are mapped out on the feet and by working specific reflexes on the feet, a response is triggered in the corresponding systems of the body. This enables the body to restore its natural balance, and encourages the body to heal itself.
Who can benefit from Reflexology?
Everyone can benefit from Reflexology - from babies through to the very elderly.
Around 75% of illnesses are believed to be stress related, and therefore having a relaxing treatment will help the body to rebalance and harmonise itself.
You don't have to be ill to have Reflexology, however Reflexology has been shown to be particularly effective for many conditions including: Stress and related conditions, Back Pain, Hormonal Imbalances, Migraine, Digestive Disorders, Circulatory Problems, Sleep disorders, Anxiety and Depression, General fatigue, Arthritis and chronic pain and more.
